We quality check each item individually before they are dispatched to our customers. However we understand that sometimes an item may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, you are welcome to return it for a refund or exchange within 3 days of receipt, subject to our Return & Refund policy
The products are not returnable or refundable unless
i. damaged (i.e. physically destroyed or broken);
ii. faulty (i.e. not functioning);
iii. incorrectly/incompletely shipped (i.e. has missing items and/or accessories);
iv. or received in error (i.e. does not match product description);
Otherwise we don’t accept returns. The products are also not returnable or refundable if goods have been damaged through your misuse. If a product from ABM meets our return criteria, you are welcome to return the item within 3 days from the date of receipt.
How to Return
To return goods you must access your ABM account. Locate and select purchase history. Click on order Id or Order Details of the item that you wish to return. Click the return and refund button. Write down the return & refund reason and submit the send request button.
The item/s will be collected from where it was delivered. All returned items must be unused and in the original condition that they were delivered to you. All returned items must also complete with their original packaging with labels, tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories intact. If your returned items have been damaged for your inadequate packaging to protect the goods, a refund will not be possible. In that case the items will be returned to you.
We shall collect your return within 3 days of your return request. It would undergo a quality control (2 working days). After that we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your product doesn’t meet our return criteria, you may have to collect it back from our hub. On the other hand any sum debited to us from you will be re-credited to you including shipping fees as quickly as possible (within 14 working days) if your return request is approved. We will not be obliged to pay any money to you by way of compensation for disappointment suffered other than to refund you the amount by you for the goods in question.
